At CEASEFIRE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (including discounted or limited drops)
  • Pre-order items (see pre-order policy below)
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Defective or damaged items

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders are made or prepared in advance and may require additional processing time.

  • Estimated shipping time: up to 6 weeks
  • Pre-order items are final sale and non-refundable
  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to the extended delivery timeframe

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval or rejection.

If approved, a store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Store credits are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if the item is defective or incorrect. If applicable, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
